If your documents are not time sensitive and they are going great distances, we can send them to one of the qualified agents we work with throughout Canada.
Your documents can be mailed, faxed, or emailed. We like to keep our business environmentally friendly and encourage our customers to do the same.
All affidavits that are commissioned are included in our prices. There are no administrative or hidden fees. If an affidavit needs to be notarized (out of Ontario), a fee is involved - you pay what we pay.
At Paper Trails, we understand the importance of keeping costs to a minimum. So in order to do this, we do the work ourselves.

We are one of the few process serving companies to offer services to private clients. In order to save our time and your money, please click on our checklist in the links section & fill in as much information as possible. Please send it along with your documents to be served. Also, full payment up front is required. We don't ask for a retainer, just the cost of the job. It is not uncommon to be asked for a large retainer from the competition.
